2. Precise Mixing – Expert Craftsmanship

During the manufacturing process, our experienced technicians carefully blend PTFE resin with oils in strict, precise proportions based on years of accumulated expertise. 3. Precision Dimension Testing – Ensuring Customer Specifications

After extrusion by our 28 extruding machines, every hose undergoes precise measurements of both internal and external diameters. We use high-precision inspection equipment to ensure that every hose’s dimensions are in strict accordance with customer specifications and international standards. Whether it’s tolerance range or diameter size, we maintain strict control to ensure no deviations.


4. Wall Inspection Under Strong Light – Ensuring No Contaminants

Once the dimensional testing is complete, each hose is carefully inspected under strong lighting. Finally, each hose undergoes a high-pressure hydrostatic test, bending test under temperature +300º~-60º), medium high temperature(+260º), tensile test(SAE J30) and Electrical breakdown test(SAE J30). These tests ensure that the hose can withstand extreme pressures without bursting or leaking, validating the hose’s strength and performance under high-pressure conditions. This final check ensures that each hose is capable of withstanding the demands of real-world applications.
